Jaguar Land Rover’s Solihull manufacturing plant started production of the all-new Jaguar XE entry-level sedan yesterday. This is the first time a Jaguar model is being manufactured in this plant, which is responsible for Land Rover models like the Defender, Discovery, Range Rover and Range Rover Sport.
Under the hood the XE gets a 2 litre Petrol and Diesel and also to please the enthusiasts it gets a 3 litre supercharged V6 which will churn out figures as same as the base variant of Jag F-Type.
Transmission, a 6 speed manual and an 8 speed manual should be available .
It won’t be launching any time before Feb 2016
