A couple of months back Renault had unveiled the Captur. The bookings for this premium crossover had also kick-started. Renault India has started dispatching the Captur to the showrooms all over India. The Renault Captur will be launched in India on the 6th of November 2017.
The Captur is based on the M0 platform and this platform will is also shared by the Renault Duster. Renault will be offering the Captur in various variants. The top sec variant will come equipped with LED headlamps with DRL’s and will also come with floating turn indicators. This premium crossover will be running on 17-inch wheels with a unique design alloy wheels. The premium crossover from Renault will be packed up with many safety features like ABS with EBD, brake assist and dual front airbags.
Renault India will be offering various customisation offers for its customers. They can customise the exterior paint combinations, interiors, and some graphics.
Powering the Renault Captur will be an option between the 1.5-litre K9K diesel and 1.5-litre petrol engines. The diesel engine is capable of producing 110BHP of power and it is also being used for the Renault Duster and Nissan Terrano. While the petrol engine can produce 106 BHP of power and 142 Nm of torque.
