For the first time, the most awaited Tata Harrier has been spotted in its production spec avatar just before its official launch. According to the leaked images, it appears that the SUV is undergoing crash tests.
From the latest images a bit of the rear and the side view can be seen of the production ready Harrier. This SUV runs on five spoke alloy wheels, it gets flared wheel arches and a high shoulder line. The B-pillar is completely blacked out, whereas the C-pillar gets triangular quarter glass housed to it. As we move to the rear, we see that the Harrier comes equipped with a spoiler for a sporty look, raked windshield and wraparound tail lamp units. The rear bumper gets a dual tone finish and it also gets some chrome or silver inserts.
Under the hood of the Tata Harrier could be a 2.0 litre four cylinder diesel mill from Fiat that is capable of churning out 140 bhp of power. This powerhouse will most likely be matted with a six speed manual and a six speed automatic gearbox as an option to choose from.
Now comes the most exciting part, Tata has commenced with the bookings for the Harrier. The booking amount has been set to Rs 30,000, whereas the exact price of this SUV will be announced on its official launch date.
