1. Hyundai bags the first position in terms of After Sales Customer Service Index for the third time in a row.

2. Tata Motors grabs second place whereas Mahindra and Mahindra grabs the third Position.

3. Maruti Suzuki falls down to the ninth position and below it is Honda Motors India.

This study is taking place in accordance to the performance of the brand in this whole year and also the feedback from the customers. 
 

Top three performers 

For the third time in a row, the Korean car manufacturer, Hyundai Motors has bagged the 2019 JP Power After Sales Customer Service Index (CSI) Study. Just behind them on the second position is Tata Motors, whereas the third place was bagged by Mahindra and Mahindra. 
 

Overview of CSI and point holders 

In this study, the customer’s service satisfaction from the mass market segment was carefully examined. In addition to this, a deep study on the brand’s performance was also examined throughout the year. From the 2019 study conducted, Hyundai managed to bag 903 points out of 1000, whereas, our home grown automaker’s Tata Motors scored 870 points and just behind it was Mahindra and Mahindra with 863 points. Other automakers where Toyota, Volkswagen, Ford, Nissan, Datsun in a row. 
 

Performance of Maruti and Honda

Yes! We know whom you're looking for, India’s most beloved Maruti Suzuki cannot be seen in the top five list. This is because, the Indian car manufacturer took the ninth place with just 799 points bagged in it’s pocket. Following Maruti Suzuki is Honda on the 10th rank (796 points) and Renault on the 11th place with 787 points.
