Staying in a metropolitan city has its pros and is cons. The major thing which bugs us is the traffic and to tackle this issue we tend to find cheaper alternatives. As we know that a major part of the Indian car customers fall into the middle class category, mileage and increasing gas prices bites us badly like an ant.
To tackle this issue Hyundai has finally launched two variants for the Hyundai Xcent with a factory fitted CNG kit. These variants are T and T+ which are priced at Rs. 5.93 lakh and Rs. 6.13 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi) respectively.
This comes as a good news for the customers who wanted a factory fitted CNG kit. This will help to save time and money to get an aftermarket CNG kit retrofitted and then dancing all the way back to update the documents. Both of these variants are aimed for the CAB drivers who are looking out for cars with a factory fitted CNG kits and also comes with a speed limiting function (SLF) as standard.
Under the hood of the Hyundai Xcent Prime CNG will be a 1.2 litre petrol engine which produces 82bhp of power and 114Nm of torque and is coupled with a 5-speed manual transmission.
