2018 Isuzu D-Max V-cross launched at Rs 15,76,240 (ex-showroom, Chennai)
Back in the year 2016, Isuzu had launched the India’s first Adventure Utility Vehicle, the D-max V-cross. After two years, Isuzu has updated this Adventure Utility Vehicle and launched the 2018 model. The new Isuzu D-max V-cross is available in two variants- High and Standard. These variants are priced at Rs 15,76,240 (ex-showroom, Chennai) and Rs 14,26,241 (ex-showroom, Chennai) respectively.
Let's have have a look at what changes the Japanese auto manufacturer has offered in the new V-cross. Aesthetically, there aren't many updates, but it gets Day-time Running Lights (DRL) and LED Tail Lamps which will provide the car with a flamboyant look. In addition to this, Isuzu is offering the V-cross with a new shade of Ruby Red with the earlier Orchid Brown, Cosmic Black, Titanium Silver, Obsidian Grey and Splash White shades.
Stepping in one can notice the dual tone interiors and the 2-DIN Entertainment System that Isuzu has offered to the V-cross. It is also offered with sporty Black Leather seats that goes along with the interiors to give it a more premium look and feel. Parking this vehicle was difficult before, but not now, as it gets a rear view camera.To tackle fatigue during long stretches, Isuzu has equipped this AUV with Auto Cruise Control and a six-way Power Adjustable Driver seat.
The safety package is also updated for the Isuzu D-max V-cross with the addition of Electronic Stability Control (ESC) and Traction Control System (TCS). This will help all the off-road junkies to conquer different terrains. All-in-all the Standard variant will miss out on the safety package and will only get the 2-DIN Entertainment System, a rear view camera and side-steps. While the 2018 model just gets some cosmetic updates for the interior and exterior, mechanically there aren't any changes.
