As the deadline of the BS 6 norms approaches, the manufacturers are in a rush to get rid of their existing BS 4 stocks. The point is that, no BS 4 compliant cars can be registered and sold after 1st April 2020. As a result, the unsold units will become obsolete and would need to be scrapped. To avoid this, almost all the manufacturers are offering their BS 4 stocks at attractive discounts.
