Kia India Launches 30 Days Car Return Policy for the Carnival MPV - Satisfaction Guarantee Scheme
In something which is first in India for a car sold here, Kia has launched a new scheme called as ‘Satisfaction Guarantee Scheme’ for its Carnival MPV. Under this scheme, the buyer of a Kia Carnival can return his/her car within 30 days of buying one if not satisfied with it. This scheme is available for all variants of the Carnival, all over India. Kia will return 95 percent of the value of the car if returned within 30 days. Other than that there are some conditions also. The owner cannot drive the car more than 1500km with 30 days and also must ensure that the car is not having any damages or any faults or any claims. Of course you need to transfer all the required documentation too. The car needs to be free from any HP and NOC should also be submitted from the financers end.
This is the first time that any car-maker has introduced a return policy while the mileage limit is big enough for anyone to experience the car plus make up one’s mind regarding returning it or not. The Carnival was launched at the 2020 Auto Expo and is a luxury MPV designed to compete with the likes of the Toyota Innova for some extent. The Carnival is a luxury MPV and has sold over 6000 units in the time it has been on sale. There are three variants on offer with the top-end Limousine being the most popular as 60 percent of the Carnival sales are of this variant. There are multiple seating configurations and also the top-end version has a lot of features including sliding doors, rear screens, connected car tech, air purifier plus individual captain seats which have extended leg rests. The Carnival is priced at Rs 24.9 lakh to Rs 33.9 lakh.
