Kia New Brand Logo Unveiled. 2021 Kia Sonet & 2021 Seltos Launching with New Variants, Features like iMT and Paddle Shifters in May,2021
Kia will launch the updated 2021 Sonet and Seltos along with the new logo next month. The Seltos was the first launch of Kia two years ago and since then it has done healthy numbers on the account of its design, features and space. The updated Seltos now takes the game head on to compete with the new Creta. The new Seltos gets some much needed features plus a new voice command system. The first major addition is the iMT which is added to the 1.5l Smartstream petrol engine and is available on the HTK+. The iMT gearbox will mean the Seltos is the only one in its class to get this option since both the Venue and Sonet have this at a segment lower. The iMT gets remote engine start on smart key too.
The other change is the addition of paddle shifters with the GTX variant. This is with the 1.4 turbo petrol model. The 1.4L turbo-petrol engine will also be now offered with a manual gearbox in a new GTX(O) MT top-end trim.
Next is the new Hello Kia feature where you can open/close the sunroof, power windows, wind direction control, air intake control and defroster control via voice commands. The Seltos of course debuts the new logo which is clean and more like a signature. The other features remain the same like an electric sunroof, ESC, wireless charging, climate control and more. Kia will also give the Sonet sub-compact SUV an update with new features like paddle shifters and also the introduction of the Hello Kia voice commands feature.
