As of now, there is no official confirmation or any details about this EV.
With the growth and development kick-started in the Indian market, we have seen many automakers started taking a step into this segment. Now an electric version of the Honda Jazz has been spotted testing in India. As of now, the Japanese automotive manufacturer is yet to unveil its electrification plans for the Indian market.
From the spy images, we can see that this model gets a charging port flap which is situated at the right-hand side of the car. Hence this gives us the confirmation that there is the presence of an electric powertrain under the hood. As of now, there are no official details of this vehicle, but it is said that it can have a range of 300kms.
Aesthetically, the overall design and the styling of the vehicle is very much similar to the Honda Fit EV. At the rear, it gets the small wraparound tail light unit and this electric vehicle runs on sporty alloy wheels. At the rear, a large spoiler can also be seen and this extends all the way on both sides of the rear windshield.
The launch of the Jazz EV won't happen soon, as in the month of May, Honda confirmed the production of the Urban EV. this will be the first pure electric vehicle to roll out of Honda’s manufacturing unit that will go on sale in Europe by the end of 2019.

Renault will offer a new facelift for the Kwid.
Under the hood will be BS-VI compliant engines.
With the spy videos of the Kwid facelift floating all over the internet, we can say that Renault has begun working on this version. According to the video which has been uploaded, it shows a single unit with heavy camouflage conducting public road tests.
As of now, Renault launched the facelift model of the Duster some days back and with this is also working on the Triber which will be launched in a few months.
The video gives us a clear idea that the front fascia is revamped. Hence this version of the Kwid gets redesigned front bumper, a new design grille, larger air dams and the fog lamps are also new. The overall design gives us the hint that it has taken inspiration from he Kwid K-ZE.
Talking about the cabin and the interiors, the video doesn't give a clear perspective of it. But we can expect that there will be changes in the cabin as well. This will include new upholstery and an updated infotainment system along with a few other changes.
Under the hood of the facelift, Kwid will be the BS-VI compliant versions of the 1.0-litre three-cylinder and 8000cc three-cylinder petrol engines. Renault will continue to offer a five-speed manual transmission and an AMT unit as optional. We expect that Renault will launch the facelift of the Kwid somewhere around 2020.
