The one thing that Toyota Fans keep on praying is the comeback of the Supra. Well we have good new for you, as these prayers have been heard. After two decades Toyota has finally revealed the new concept car at the 2018 Geneva Motor Show. This car is developed under the Gazoo Racing brand and it is known as the Concept Supra.
In terms of design the Concept Supra gets a rally and edgy design. At the front, the hood gets gill scoops which will help the engine to breathe, it also gets a single central wiper just like on the racing cars. The front bumper is designed to be a wing for better aerodynamics and it also houses a large grille meshing. Theis two door coupe also gets rear splitter, wide body kit and a large sporty rear wing.
As of now, Toyota hasn't revealed much about the technical stuff of the Concept Supra. But there is a word out that this race car has been co-developed along with the new BMW Z4. So we can expect the Concept Supra to be powered with a 3.0 litre straight-six engine just like the iconic 2JZ on the original Supra that we all fell in love. This engine can develop 340 horsepower which will power the rear wheels of the car.
Well speaking of numbers, in reference with some leaked details, the Concept Sura weight about 1,495kg and can sprint from 0-100kmph in 3.8seconds.
