Maruti has updated hatchback lineup with the launch of the Limited Edition Ignis. As compared to other models from Maruti Suzuki’s stable, the Ignis is the lowest selling car. As the festive season is approaching, the Indian manufacturer aims to boost its sales with the launch of this special edition model.
The Limited Edition Ignis will come equipped with additional equipment and it will also boast of accessories worth Rs 45,000. These accessories will be dealer fitment. On the exteriors, this special edition Ignis will get door claddings on with the Ignis branding on it, a body kit with silver moulding on the sides skirts as well as on both the front and rear bumpers. On the other hand, at the rear will be a spoiler mounted on the tailgate.
Talking about the interiors, the Limited Edition Ignis will get premium seat covers and as it based on the standard Delta trim of the Ignis it will get all the features from it. In addition to this, it will get a 2 Din audio system with Bluetooth Connectivity, Keyless Entry and electrically adjustable ORVM’s. Whereas the safety kit includes ABS with EBD and front dual airbags just as seen on the mid spec Delta trim of the Ignis.
Recently, Maruti Suzuki discontinued the diesel motor from the Ignis’s line up. Hence even the Limited Edition model won't be powered by one. Customers will get to choose between the five speed manual and five speed AMT gearbox.
