Toyota Innova Crysta Facelift India Launch and Features

Toyota will most likely launch the new Innova Crysta facelift around the end of this month or early next month. This is a facelift version of the Innova Crysta and it will have cosmetic changes with no change done to the engine line-up. The biggest changes have been done to the exterior of the car where the facelift is wearing a new and bigger grille outlined with chrome. The grille has black slats while also the headlamps would have new LED DRLs along with new fog-lamp enclosures. There would also be new 16inch alloys. We do not expect any major changes at the rear of the car thought with the same tail-lamp set-up being used as the current one.

The other big change would be the interiors where some critical feature updates is what you could expect. The top-end versions could get a larger 9inch touch screen plus you will have smart phone connectivity along with a 360-degree camera along with ambient lighting plus more some feature upgrades. More importantly, the new Innova Crysta will have an in-built air purifier also.

The current Innova Crysta diesel automatic is priced at near Rs 24 lakh and the prices could increase a little bit due to the changes done including the extra features added. Unofficial bookings of the car have been started while it will be powered by the same 2.7l petrol and the 2.4l diesel with both manual plus auto options given. The new Innova Crysta will rival the likes of the MG Hector Plus and the recent launch of that with new features has indeed given a tough competition to the likes of the Innova though its huge fan following very much remains. Toyota will also launch the Fortuner facelift next year after the launch of the Innova Crysta.
